Deposits
 
Two deposits are required, the first is needed to confirm the booking, the second is a breakages bond. The confirmation deposit is non-refundable and the booking will not be made until this is received. After checkout the accommodation will be inspected for damage or breakages, if anything is found, the breakages deposit will be retained to cover costs incurred. If there are no damage or breakages, the deposit will be returned.
The reasons we would keep part or all of the deposit would be if:-
You don’t leave on time and we incur charges from the cleaner.
Anything in the lodge is taken or broken.
The lodge is not left as found, cleaner has to take extra time to clean because of mess left.
Bedding covers are not used on the mattress protectors and duvets and pillows.
Too many people in the lodge. 
An animal is brought to the lodge without our permission.
Any antisocial behaviour is reported to us by other guests or staff on park.
Damage to the decking furniture and/or area (we do not allow heaters, BBQs or candles on the decking for safety).
Parking more than one car and causing obstructions and/or complaints.
An Electric car is charged at the lodge.

PLEASE SEND US YOUR BANK DETAILS AT THE END OF YOUR STAY FOR US TO RETURN YOUR BREAKAGES BOND. 
We do not allow dogs or smoking in the lodge plus BBQs or HEATERS are not allowed on the decking area for fire safety reasons.


Payments

Payments can be made by on-line bank transfer. Once the initial non-refundable booking deposit is paid, the final balance is due one calendar month before the date of arrival, however should you wish to purchase Play Passes directly with Haven and book activities in advance on-line this can be done SIX weeks in advance of your stay, once your full payment is received. Should the final payment not be received one calendar month before the date of arrival, your holiday may be resold and you will loose your booking deposit.

Cancellations

Should an issue arise meaning you are unable to use the holiday, if the deposit has been paid we may be able to transfer the holiday to another date. If the full balance has been paid we will try and resell the holiday and then transfer your date. If we are unable to resell or we have to resell at a lower price, we cannot transfer the date. The deposit or full balance is not refundable. If you do find you cannot go, please let us know as soon as you can so we can try and help.

Covid 19

We are providing duvets and pillows with protective covers, but you MUST bring your own duvet sets and bottom sheets. When you are leaving, we ask that you do a surface clean with the cleaning products provided and make sure all bins are emptied and rubbish is taken to the bin.  Also PLEASE ensure all windows are closed and heaters turned OFF and the keys returned to the Key Safe Box.
We have thorough cleaning procedures in place, and Covid 19 approved disinfectant/cleaning products will be used inside the lodge. We have taken all appropriate steps to keep the lodge as clean and safe as we can following all appropriate Government guidelines. However, we cannot guarantee your safety or that you will not contract Covid 19 during time on holiday. As with all activities you undertake during these unprecedented times you do so at you r own risk. We will not be responsible for your health and well-being during your holiday. If you feel the risk of contracting Covid 19 is too great, please do not book this holiday.
