Hafan Y Mor Development

Above is drone footage taken 22nd February 2019 showing the latest of the development at Hafan Y Mor, Haven's flagship campsite at Pwllheli, Gwynedd North Wales.

As can be seen from the video, there are lots of works and upgrades being carried out on site. The boating lake is being dredged and cleaned, the road over the bridge widened. A brand new kids safari track is being built. There are new sports areas, including a football pitch and basketball court. The high-wires are being renewed and a new kids play area is being installed.

There are big changes to the Mash and Barrel Restaurant. This has been completely rebuilt, and the Glendower Pub will be created. The site on which Hafan Y Mor now sits was the Glendower Navel Base for a period during The Second World War and the new pub has taken it's name from this. In addition to the pub there will be the new Coast House Restaurant, The Cakery and The Pizza Pit. There is also an owners exclusive bar and club garden.

The works are due to be completed on 12th April 2019 and will be a dramatic upgrade to the already brilliant site.
